Vente de Kertel : le groupe PPR perd son procès contre Landtel

Le groupe de distribution réclamait 47,5 millions d'euros de dommages à l'américain Landtel, qui avait renoncé en 2000 à racheter son opérateur téléphonique Kertel et qu'il accusait de « parasitisme ».
