Vodafone proposerait 18 milliards de dollars pour reprendre l'indien Hutchinson Essar
Le groupe britannique Vodafone aurait présenté une offre de rachat de l'opérateur indien de téléphonie mobile Hutchison Essar qui valoriserait la société entre 17 et 18 milliards de dollars (environ 13 milliards d'euros).
